3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once a quote has been accepted and a fitting date agreed. Availability for fitting dates is subject to demand and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.

4. Supply & Fitting

The Carpet Garage supplies and fits flooring as agreed with the customer. Products are supplied subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we will discuss suitable alternatives.

Fitting will be carried out to a professional standard using appropriate materials and underlay where required.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the fitting area is accessible and reasonably clear before fitting takes place. Any additional work required due to insufficient preparation may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at short notice may result in charges to cover costs already incurred.

7. Damage & Liability

While every care is taken during fitting, The Carpet Garage cannot be held responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except where liability cannot be limited under UK law.

8. Images & Marketing

We may take photographs of completed work for use on our website, social media, or other marketing materials. No personal information will be shared. If you do not wish images of your installation to be used, please let us know in advance.
